My childhood dream was to become a lawyer—no doubt influenced by too many hours watching L.A. Law—while my dad imagined I would become a journalist.

In the end, I found my calling in a perfect cross between the two: translator and interpreter in legal, literary and marketing fields, and to top it all off, a communications professional!
